Allium Hollandicum Purple Sensation is the most popular of all Alliums.  A violet purple globe of flowerheads.  This is the best performing Allium for wetter, cooler Scottish gardens.  Height 1M. Once established and happy they will slowly start to self seed.  The young Alliums may take a few years to reach flowering maturity.  Flowers May & June.
 
Alliums like a sunny spot in well drained soil.  All bulbs prefer good drainage and we strongly recommend adding grit, gravel or sand to planting holes to aid drainage.
