Dense violet spires of English Lavender.  Very hardy and reliable in our colder, wetter climates.  A fantastic plant for edging borders or edging around lawns.  Flowering from mid summer through to Autumn.   The aromatic silvery foliage pairs well with all plants.  Surround with other dry loving plants such as grasses and Verbena Bonariensis.
 
Leave spent flowerheads through winter, cut back in April taking care not to cut into the woody part of the stem.
